How long do “in stock” orders take?

Styles that are marked “in-stock” and do not require any customization / alterations ship within 3 days of purchase.

Fedex shipping within the continental US takes up to 7 business days to arrive.

 

How long do custom orders take?

Because each custom order is processed by hand, it takes 4 weeks to create and ship a custom order after a quote has been given and accepted, and all payments have been made.

Rush orders can be made upon request. There is a 20% charge added for rush orders.

 

What can you do if I want a specific “one-of-a-kind” style, but it was not made in my size?

Contact us! If your measurements are close to those of your dream dress, we may be able to alter the style. If your measurements are further off from the dress, we can make a talk together about making you a similar style.

What payment methods do you take?

For orders placed online:

  • Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners

  • Accepted Debit Cards: Visa & MasterCard.

For orders placed in-person:

All of the above payment methods are accepted. Also, cash and checks are accepted.
